• Always lightly oil the Ceramic Flat Grill Plate before, and after Cooking. Use high temperature Burn oils for example: Sunflower Oil, Vegatable or Rapseed Oil. Do Not use Spray Oils or Olive Oil as these can damage the coating. Always use wooden, plastic or silicone utensils to avoid damaging the ceramic coating. Do Not use scourers or abrasives as these can damage the ceramic coating. Store in a cool dry environment
