You have 60 days from the order date to return product(s) bought directly from us.
You're welcome to return any item bought directly from us, so long as they are in the original condition; unworn, new condition and the swing tags attached.
We're paper-free, so don't include a returns form with your order. These are not needed for your return, however if you choose or need to use your own courier, please include your RMA number within or on the parcel.

The Alaska has been a community favourite for a long time now and for good reason. This season we bring you the new and improved Alaska 2.0 with an improved outer material and an internal pocket based on feedback from our customers.

Very deceiving in a good way. Looks thin but oh my goodness it is extremely warm to wear. I'm a UK size 12/14. First time purchasing a parka from here I brought a Large. At first I was hesitant because it felt big but it's roomy I can wear a jumper underneath i can a adjust the cuffs. I'm happy with this. I usually go for black or khaki but I wanted to be seen in the darker mornings for safety and this is perfect for that. 😊😊

I absolutely love this jacket! It’s incredibly comfortable and the perfect length, providing just the right amount of coverage without feeling bulky. The fabric is stunning – not only does it look and feel luxurious, but it’s also made from 100% recycled polyester, which is a big plus for me.
Despite being lightweight, the jacket is impressively warm. The internal pocket and bellowed front pockets are super handy for storage, and I especially love the hand-warming Tricot lining in the front pockets – such a thoughtful touch!

I love this coat, it is really warm, has a great hood, inner pocket, big front pockets and a splash of colour with the inner lining. The only thing that could make it better is an inner drawstring to give it a little shape around the waist as it does size up quite generously, otherwise great coat 😁
