Bust
Place tape measure under your arms around your back and across the centre of your chest.
Waist
Measure around the narrowest point basically just above your naval keeping the tape slightly loose.
Hips
Measure the widest part of your hip. Make sure you keep your feet together when measuring.

For some reason contemplated forever before buying this fleece but finally did. I love the oversized look, and it’s super soft (also on the inside unlike some other fleeces). Maybe the sleeves could have been a bit longer, but that would be my only criticism. I am quite tall and usually wear a size M. Got this fleece in M and it’s the right size.
